Yumipal is a pet health tracking application that provides AI-powered health insights, check-in logging, weight tracking, and vet summary generation. Yumipal is not a substitute for professional veterinary care.
Yumipal's AI features provide general health information and observations only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for your pet's health needs. In case of emergency, contact your veterinarian or an emergency animal hospital immediately.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page, which will permanently remove all your data.
You retain ownership of all content you upload (pet photos, health logs, notes). By using Yumipal, you grant us a limited license to process this data to provide the service (e.g., sending it to AI models for health insights). We do not sell your data to third parties.
Health insights, daily summaries, and chat responses are generated by AI models (Claude by Anthropic). These outputs may contain inaccuracies. Yumipal is not liable for actions taken based on AI-generated content.
Yumipal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to harm to your pet resulting from reliance on AI-generated health information.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Yumipal after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
